this was shot after spraining my ankle and going 31/50 for a free throw drill i went to 100 (vid cut off before i got there cause of storage) and i ended up making 56.. every airball is two suicides so i have 8 suicides to do when my ankle gets better 😅 after the 4th airball (2nd in vid) i started streaking but watching me shooting form over and over is enjoyable so hope u do too

i need a haircut but i’m happy about healthier my hair is getting during the spring, i had loads, a plague even, of dandruff/flakes flaring up in my head consistently no matter what i did.. recently, i began using apple cider vinegar at least once a week when washing my hair (raised it up to 2 now) as well as adding more coconut oil to the regimen at least 3 times a week. i’m glad to say i haven’t had a major flare up since june! still working on the diet aspect of things, and flakes might pop up here and there but in very little amounts. shout out to me for setting more intention with mi scalp 😌 #curls
