Whispers of Solitude
Description
Script Vidéo
A melancholic, hand-drawn animation with soft, sketchy lines and a textured, grainy effect. Muted blues, faded golds, and soft greys create a dreamlike, introspective mood. The animation flows poetically with slow, cinematic transitions.
Scene 1: The Rooftop (Isolation)
A lone figure sits on a dimly lit rooftop, hugging their knees as they gaze at distant city lights. The wind stirs their hair as they remain lost in thought. Below, people move, unaware of their presence. The vast sky mirrors their uncertainty.
Voiceover: "Maybe it's because deep down, we believe we don’t deserve more..."
Scene 2: The Mirror (Fear of Happiness)
In a dimly lit room, they stand before a flickering mirror. A hesitant smile forms, but suddenly, cracks spread across the glass. Their reflection distorts before shattering into darkness, leaving only an empty frame.
Voiceover: "That if we let ourselves be happy, it’ll be taken away."
Scene 3: Fading World (Loneliness & Waiting)
They walk through an empty street as buildings dissolve into mist. Streetlights flicker off as they pass, and their own shadow begins to fade. They whisper something, but the world around them is silent.
Voiceover: "Or maybe… we’re just waiting..."
Scene 4: The Hand in the Darkness (Hope & Recognition)
Just as they begin to disappear, a faint glow emerges. A second figure steps forward, softly illuminated, reaching out a hand. Their fingers almost touch, hesitation lingers—until finally, they grasp it. Color returns, and the dissolving world slowly reforms, filling with soft golden light.
Voiceover: "Waiting for someone who finally sees us… before we disappear."
Animation Style:
Hand-drawn, grainy texture with slow-motion transitions, dreamlike cinematography, and soft lighting. Depth of field enhances the emotional atmosphere.
Final Shot:
The two figures stand together as warmth replaces the cold. The camera slowly zooms out as the scene fades to white.
