The True Cause of World War I
Description
Script Vidéo
Title idea: Why World War I Really Started Script: People think World War I started because one man was shot. That is only part of the story. By 1914, Europe was already full of tension, secret alliances, military build-up, and rival empires trying to dominate each other. Then, Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria was assassinated in Sarajevo. But that attack did not create the war from nothing. It triggered a chain reaction. Austria-Hungary moved against Serbia. Russia backed Serbia. Germany backed Austria-Hungary. France backed Russia. Britain joined after Germany invaded Belgium. So World War I did not begin because of one bullet. It began because Europe was already a loaded gun. Ending tag: PastDecoded.
