POV: a college student wakes up in the middle of the night and sees someone in her house… and doesn’t realize until hours later what actually happened this is a real case from 2022 it was an off-campus college house the kind where doors are usually unlocked people coming in and out all the time that night felt normal everyone had gone out everyone came back nothing seemed wrong and sometime in the early morning while it was still completely dark someone entered the house not breaking in just… walking in and inside, people were asleep in their rooms except one roommate woke up not to screaming not to anything loud just small sounds like movement like someone being there who shouldn’t be she got up and opened her door at first she didn’t see anything so she closed it again but a few minutes later she opened it one more time and this time she saw him a figure dressed in black walking past her in the hallway not running not panicking just walking and he looked right in her direction before heading toward the exit and somehow in that moment her brain didn’t process it as danger she just locked her door and went back to bed hours later they would realize what had been happening in that house while everyone slept part 2?
