Have you ever heard a TV turn on by itself during a blackout? In some parts of Japan, people talk about a strange emergency broadcast that appears when the power goes out. No channels. No signal. Just a black screen… and then suddenly— a woman’s face appears smiling directly at the camera. She doesn’t blink. She doesn’t move. At first, there’s no sound. Then she quietly says: “Please do not look outside.” Most people think it’s some kind of hacked broadcast. But the weird part is what happens next. Anyone who ignores the warning and looks outside… claims they see people standing perfectly still in the streets. Not moving. Not speaking. Just staring toward their house. One teenager recorded the broadcast during a storm. But when he replayed the footage later, the woman said something different. This time she whispered: “I saw you looking.” The next morning, his parents found the front door wide open. And he was gone without a trace.
