In Thailand people say if a street dog stares at you and starts whining… don’t follow it. A delivery driver named Kai was heading home after a late shift when he noticed a skinny dog sitting in the middle of the road. It wasn’t barking. Just staring at him. Then it slowly started walking away… stopping every few seconds to look back like it wanted him to follow. Kai almost ignored it. But then he noticed something strange. The dog’s paws were covered in mud. Fresh mud. Even though it hadn’t rained in weeks. Curious, he followed it into a narrow alley behind an abandoned apartment building. That’s when the dog suddenly stopped. Completely still. Whining. Kai looked down. The ground beneath him felt soft. Too soft. Then he saw it. A human hand sticking out of the dirt. Kai stumbled back in horror and called the police. But when officers arrived… there was no body. No hand. Nothing. Just the dog sitting there alone. One officer asked Kai, “What did the dog look like?” Kai pointed behind them. But the dog was gone. Then the officer’s face turned pale. He whispered… “That dog was buried here three years ago.”
