Have you ever had that feeling… that someone was inside your house, even though every door was locked? A woman named Emily moved into an old apartment in the city. At first, everything seemed normal. The rent was cheap, the place was quiet, and her neighbors barely made a sound. But after a few days, strange things started happening. Every morning, one kitchen cabinet was open. Not all of them. Just one. The same cabinet. Emily thought maybe she was forgetting to close it. So one night, before going to bed, she took a photo of the kitchen. All cabinets closed. The next morning, she walked in… and the cabinet was open again. But this time, something was different. Inside the cabinet was a small folded note. It said: “Stop looking.” Emily called the landlord immediately. He told her the apartment had been empty for months and that nobody else had a key. That night, Emily set up her phone to record the kitchen. At exactly 3:12 a.m., the cabinet slowly opened by itself. But then… a hand came out from inside. Emily didn’t sleep in the apartment again. When police searched the place, they found a hidden crawl space behind the kitchen wall. And inside it were blankets, empty food wrappers… and dozens of photos of Emily sleeping. The strangest part? The landlord later admitted that the previous tenant had disappeared without ever moving out. So the question is… was someone living in the walls the whole time?
