The Legend of Teke Teke
Description
Script Vidéo
In Japan, people say if you hear "teke teke" near the train tracks, don't look back. A girl who was half Japanese and half American was bullied every day. Her classmates mocked her, blamed her for everything, and treated her like she didn't belong. One afternoon, while cleaning the school grounds, a boy threw a bin full of garbage over her and yelled that everything was her fault. Heartbroken, she ran to the train station. As she waited on the platform, someone pushed her onto the tracks. A speeding train cut her body in half. Even after her death, her classmates laughed. "She's not half the girl she used to be," they joked. Days later, they heard a scraping sound. Out of the darkness crawled a woman with only half a body, dragging a scythe. She cut every one of them in half. Just before they died, she whispered... "Now you know how it feels to be half Japanese."
