Midnight Ride on Highway 66
Description
Script Vidéo
If you ever drive Oklahoma's Old Highway 66 at midnight, never count how many people are in your car. That's the first thing locals will tell you. A college student named Ryan laughed when an old gas station clerk warned him. He and his three friends got back on the road, and Ryan joked, "One... two... three... four. See? We're all here." A few miles later, the car felt strangely lighter. The back seat was silent. One friend was gone. His backpack was still there. His phone was still charging. There was even a fresh handprint on the fogged window beside his seat. Ryan called the police, but every officer insisted he'd only started the trip with three people. His photos had changed too. Every picture showed just three friends smiling at the camera. Ryan spent years trying to prove someone was missing. Then one night, another driver stopped at the same gas station. The clerk gave the same warning. This time, he counted four voices answering from the back seat.
