"As the sun set over Sunny Burrow Forest, the leaves turned gold... and something else turned spooky." (Pip, Hoot, and Shelly walk together down a path. Bramble lags a few steps behind, ears low.) PIP: "Come on, Bramble! The lantern festival is just past the old hollow tree!" (They round a bend. A tall, gnarled old tree looms ahead, its branches creaking and swaying. A low "whooooo" sound drifts from its hollow trunk.) "The Whispering Tree..." 🍂 "I—I don't like the sound it makes. What if something's... in there?" (She backs away, bumping into Shelly.) (Hoot lands gently beside her. Pip turns back.) "It's okay to feel scared, Bramble. Want to find out together what's really making that sound?" "...Together?" "Always together." (The four friends creep closer, paw-in-paw. The wind picks up — the "whoooo" sound grows louder. Bramble grips Pip's tail tightly. They peer into the hollow trunk together...) "What's really inside?" 👀 (Inside: just a smooth, round knot-hole where wind whistles through old wood. No monster — just branches swaying in the breeze. Pip laughs with relief.) "It's just the wind, Bramble! The tree's not whispering — it's just creaky and old, like Hoot's grandpa stories!" "Hey, those stories are classics." (Everyone giggles, including Bramble — her ears perk back up.) (The friends start hanging little leaf-lanterns on the tree's branches, laughing as they work. The "scary" tree slowly transforms into something warm and glowing.) "Maybe the Whispering Tree just wanted some friends too." "And so, every year after that, the Whispering Tree wasn't scary anymore — it was the cosiest spot in the whole forest." ( all four friends sitting under the glowing lantern tree, content, autumn leaves drifting down.)
