TODAY, Lindsay Clancy spoke in court for the first time since being charged with killing her three babies. In a brief exchange with the judge, Clancy agreed to a legal stipulation that allows prosecutors to skip presenting certain uncontested evidence, including parts of the DNA chain of custody. Instead, both sides agreed there was no need to spend days proving facts that aren't being disputed. However I think it should be disputed. Is she covering for him? Why would she dispute the DNA, when it could very well point to Patrick being there to help? Let me also say that I'm not choosing sides here. It just seems super fishy! By streamlining the evidence, the courtroom's attention now shifts almost entirely to the battle between psychiatric experts, who are expected to offer very different opinions about Clancy's mental state on the day her children died.
