Then residents noticed something strange. Every radio in town was broadcasting the same low humming sound. Local police called the power company, but engineers couldn't find the source. At 6:00 AM, everything suddenly returned to normal. Except one thing. Every security camera had recorded the same 11 minutes of footage. The streets were completely empty. No cars. No people. Nothing. Except for a tall, motionless figure standing in the exact center of town. Authorities confiscated every recording and told residents it was an electrical failure. But one camera was missed. Its footage was discovered years later. The figure wasn't standing still. It was slowly getting closer to the camera. And the final frame showed it staring directly into the lens.
