On July 4th 2020, 27-year-old Natalie Jones left a lake party in Alabama and drove toward home in Georgia. At 12:52am she texted someone — "I made it. Thanks." Nobody knows where she had arrived. But that's not the strangest part. Ninety-three days later her bright pink car was found hidden in thick vegetation in rural Georgia. Natalie was inside. Authorities suggested an accidental overdose. Her toxicology test came back completely clean. A drug baggie found in the car had no fingerprints on it. Her phone, her sandals, her belt, and several of her teeth were never found.
