This is my go-to banana bread recipe that makes two loaves and fills the house with the best smell 💛 Ingredients: Wet- • 6–7 ripe bananas, mashed (~3–3½ cups) • 1 cup butter, melted • 1 cup sugar • 1 cup brown sugar • 4 eggs • 1 cup milk • 2 tsp vanilla extract Dry- • 4½ cups all-purpose flour • 2 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp salt • 2 tsp cinnamon • hefty pinch of allspice 1. Preheat oven to 355°F. Grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans. 2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in butter, sugars, eggs, milk, and vanilla until combined. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon & allspice. 4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture just until combined. Do not overmix. 5. Divide batter evenly between the two loaf pans. 6. Bake 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before slicing. #bananabread #recipe #homemade #baking
