Tandoori Chicken Recipe Ingredients: 6 bone-in skinless chicken thighs Chicken Marinade: 1.5 cup Farmers Union Greek Style High Protein Yogurt 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tbsp Chilli powder 1 tsp Smoked paprika 1 tbsp Vegetable oil 2 tsp Salt Ghee Steps: 1) Combine all ‘Chicken Marinade’ Ingredients and mix until consistent texture. 2) Add chicken in and work marinade until it completely covers the chicken 3) Leave in fridge for 4-6 hours 4) Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. 5) Carefully lay chicken pieces into the pan and away from you.
