Thank you for this amazing recipe @SmallerSam_PCOS!!! I did tweek the measurements a bit because I didn’t have has much bone broth as she did. I also added mustard seed powder per a recommendation to make it a bit more tangy and it was phenomenal. Here’s the recipe: Ingredients: 16.9 of oz bone broth + water if the broth gets absorbed too quickly in the noodles 4 oz uncooked goodles noodles 1 c cottage cheese 2 tsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp mustard seed powder 1/2 tsp salt or to taste 1/4 c cheddar cheese Directions: Bring broth to a boil Add noodles While noodles are cooking blend together the cottage cheese and spices Once the noodles are done cooking, turn down the heat to low and add the cottage cheese mixture to the pot Mix well and then add the cheddar cheese Let it melt and then serve! #highproteinmeals #macncheese #kidsmeals #mealprep #mealideas
