When the budget’s tight but the cravings are real, rustle up a family fakeaway. These nachos are the perfect TV dinner. Check out the recipe 👇   Serves 4   - 600g Asda Golden Crispy Potatoes   - 454g Asda 8 Peppery Cumberland Pork Sausages   - 2 tsp olive oil   - 35g Asda Taco Seasoning sachet   - 400g tin chopped tomatoes   - 400g tin Mexican Style Bean Mix in Water   - Pilgrims Choice The Crumbly & Creamy One Extra Mature Sliced Cheddar   1) Line a baking tray with baking paper and cook the potatoes in the oven, following the pack instructions.    2) Meanwhile, use kitchen scissors to snip the sausages into small pieces into a non-stick frying pan. Add the oil and fry sausages for 5–6 mins until golden brown, using a wooden spoon to break up the sausages into small pieces.    3) Add the taco seasoning to the sausages and fry for 1 min more, then in with the tinned tomatoes and beans. Bubble, stirring, for 3 mins until rich and saucy.     4) Divide the potatoes into 4 piles on their oven tray (or move to a lined oven tray if previously air frying). Top each pile with 1½ slices of cheddar. Bake for 6–8 mins until the cheese has melted. Warm through the sausage and beans.    5) Add cheesy potato piles into bowls and top with saucy sausages.   #asda #asdarecipe

Give minced beef hotpot a tasty new twist with cheesy 🧀– yes CHEESY Yorkshire dumplings. Easy comfort food. We’re here for it. Get your recipe here 👇 Serves 4 - 400g potatoes - 500g Asda Flavourful Beef Mince - 3 tbsp plain flour - 2 tbsp tomato purée - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 1 beef stock cube or pot - 250g Asda Frozen for Freshness Mixed Vegetables - 8 frozen Yorkshire puds - 40g grated Asda British Mature Cheddar 1) Peel and cut the potatoes into 1.5cm chunks. Brown the beef in a large, deep frying pan for 5 mins, adding the potatoes halfway. 2) When the mince is browned, lower the heat under the pan slightly. Stir in the flour, tomato purée and Worcestershire sauce. Crumble in the stock cube. 3) Stir in 750ml water and increase the heat to bring to a simmer while stirring. Simmer for 10 mins until the potatoes are tender and sauce thickened. Stir in the frozen veg for 1 min. 4) Transfer the mince into an ovenproof dish. Arrange the Yorkshire puddings on top, upside down, then sprinkle the cheese over their bottoms. 5) Bake the hotpot for 8–10 mins at 220ºC/200ºC fan/gas 7 until the Yorkie dumplings are crisp and cheese melted. Eat immediately. #asdarecipes
