What i actually mean when i say i meal prep! 🍔 (MAKES 4): CRISPY CHICKEN: 🍗 400g Raw Chicken breast fillet (100g Each) 🍗 Seasoning of choice ( i used Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Tumeric, Chilli flakes & Tandoori massala) 🍗 1 Egg (50g) 🍗 50g Cornflakes - To a bowl, add Chicken, seasoning & egg. Mix well - In a separate plate, Crush cornflakes & press each chicken fillet into it to cover both sides - Lay each coated chicken onto parchment paper - Airfry at 188C for 15-20mins until crispy (flip over half way through) SAUCE: 🤍 80g 0% Fat Greek yogurt (or mayo if prefer) 🤍 Fresh Garlic (or powder) 🤍 Salt & Oregano (can use ranch seasoning too) - Mince the garlic (use the salt to help) - Mix into yogurt along with oregano ASSEMBLY: 🍔 4 Brioche burger buns 🍔 40g Shredded Lettuce 🍔 4 LIGHT cheese slices - Optional: Airfry or toast burger buns until crispy - Place 1 cheese slice on the bottom of each bun along with lettuce - Add a layer sauce to the top buns (if you want to freeze/ prep these then store sauce in separate containers) - Place crispy chicken on top of lettuce and close the bun - Eat as is or wrap in foil or cling film and store in fridge (can also freeze) HOW TO RE-HEAT: - DONT ADD sauce to the burger if you’re meal prepping them. “Tres leches” for breakfast🍰 (yhyh i know its not three milks🙄) CAKE: 🍰 3 Eggs (150g) 🍰 1/4 - 1/2cup Sweetener (adjust to taste) 🍰 1tsp Vanilla 🍰 60g Self raising Flour 🍰 60g Protein powder (i used code: “ARWA” link in bio @Protein Works 360 extreme) ❗️NOTE: the type of protein powder used will effect the cakes texture!!!!!❗️ 🍰 1tsp Baking powder 🍰 100ml Almond milk - Whisk Eggs, Sweetener & Vanilla until pale & fluffy (tripled in volume) - Add reaming ingredients & FOLD IN GENTLY (Try not to release air from the whipped eggs) - Transfer to a dish/tin (i lined mine so its easier to remove slices but alternatively you can just grease the pan) - Bake at 180C for 15-20mins (adjust if needed) - Remove parchment paper & Leave to cool MILK SOAK: 🥛 200ml Almond milk (can also use evaporated for deeper flavour) 🥛 15g Protein powder (Can add more, will also make for a thicker milk) 🥛 Caramel flavour drops 🥛 Sweetener (to taste) - Combine ingredients - Poke holes in cooled cake (make sure its still in the dish/pan) - Pour milk soak over the cake and set aside CARAMEL TOPPING: 🍮 1 Protein caramel pudding pot (200g) 🍮 5g Protein powder 🍮 Water/Milk - Spread Pudding over the soaked cake - Gradually mix milk or water into the protein powder until it forms a paste - Pipe lines of the paste onto the pudding - Use a skewer to make a design - OPTIONAL: Best to refrigerate until CHILLED but can eat straight away - Cut into 6 slices MACROS (Per slice, Makes 6) CAL: 159 PROTEIN: 18g FAT: 4g CARB: 12g #cake #milkcake #treslechescake #dessert #breakfast

Other protein powders may result in clumping/go grainy or liquify) 🤎 100ml Water (MAY NEED LESS depending on your powders absorbency!) - Blend oats into a fine powder/ flour (i usually make a big batch, store in an airtight container) - Add to a bowl with the 200ml water, Cinnamon & Sweetener/ Flavourings - Microwave for 2mins (STIRRING IN BETWEEN TO AVOID LUMPS) the mix should be THICK - In a small bowl combine Casein & water (i used 100ml water but gradually add until it forms a thick mushy consistency as in the video) - Mix the egg into the cooked oats - Then mix in the prepared casein - Microwave again (about 2mins stirring in between) until thick, it will thicken more as it cools CHOCOLATE ORANGE SPREAD: 🍊 12g Vanilla or chocolate Protein powder 🍊 3g Cocoa powder 🍊 15-30ml Orange juice 🍊 Optional: Orange extract - Mix ingredients together - Spread onto cooked porridge/oatmeal - Optional: Orange zest/ slices MACROS (INCLUDING TOPPINGS): CAL: 395 PROTEIN: 50g FAT: 9g CARB: 24g #proteinoats #oatmeal #porridge #chocolateorange #chocolate
