We love our date nights. Want more of them. Of course I didn’t take any videos until we got home to change the milk filter at the diary. He’s my rock and best friend and certainly my lover as well. ❤️‍🔥We are so excited to welcome this little pumpkin any day now. 🎈

Each pregnancy gets a little tougher! Could be my last so wanting to enjoy these special moments. Trying to stay active and keeping the body moving on the home stretch.

I realised half way through making these that my tortilla press was missing. So I hand rolled all the tortillas 🫠. Turned out delicious nonetheless and my arms got a workout. 🎈

A few snippets I want to remember from our trip last month. Traveling with 8 kids is wild, but we all learn so much and make so many memories that I think it’s worth the jet lag 🎈

Spend the day with me (and a little of the next day) while I make sourdough. This is my original recipe except for I used 900g of our farm flour and 100g of rye flour.

My baby Flora turned two. Each day for the past 2 years she has brought our entire family so much joy. She’s becoming funnier and wittier everyday. We are all smitten by her. This is still one of my very favorite videos from last year…

The boys have been gone for 2 weeks (roping in Arizona sunshine with Five Mary’s Farm Cowboy Camp) and Daniel is gone to pick them up. It’s just me and the 3 baby girls for the next couple of days. 💞

That was her name she scored into the loaf 💞. I never touched her dough once, just verbal help and she did amazing. Wish I was making sourdough like that at 6 years old!

We hit the ground running this week after traveling during holidays. The jet lag is real but honestly feeling very productive since we’re all getting up at 5 am still 😎. Today @Ballerina Farm Store had our first high tea event, and tonight we hosted our Irish friends for dinner. Full day, wonderful day 🐑

We had such a fun pop up this morning @Ballerina Farm Store with the head pastry chef from Ballymaloe House, JR Ryall. Lois and I just hanging out in the kitchen and tasting everything ✨

Came to Portugal last week for some sunshine before we head home. (We have one more stop on our adventure 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿). We ate a lot of seafood and citrus, played a lot of card games and watched a musical each night. We caught some sort of bug so we didn’t get out very much 😎 Sitting by Fran as we drove to dinner one night… 🎶 ✨💕

A very beautiful Christmas to remember. 🇩🇰✨ Feeling extremely grateful for my family. These wonderful, tiny humans with big, wonderful hearts. They’re always teaching me. They’re always so curious and happy to discover new things. Grateful to be their mother. Hoping and praying that each of you had a wonderful holiday. ❤️
