Meet Ms. Shade – Our Reception Sea Homeroom Teacher Starting school is a big step, and we know how important it is for children to feel safe, reassured, and excited in their new classroom. Ms. Shade, with her Bachelor of Education in Foundation Phase, brings warmth, expertise, and a nurturing approach to help our Reception Sea students settle into their learning journey. Her tips for supporting children in a new classroom environment include: Building strong, positive connections from the very first day. Creating routines that give children a sense of security.
