Perth is just so beautiful !!!!

the best way to explore new cities… RUNNING 🏃🏿‍♀️🏃🏿‍♀️🏃🏿‍♀️ session programmed by the performance project that I almost let slip this week but I managed to get it done !!! 🏃🏿‍♀️💨🤟🏿 travelling and running are some of my fav things to do !!! It’s so fun exploring new cities on my two feet especially cause there are parts of a city I don’t think I would normally visit if I didn’t run or cycle there (next mission is to cycle here !!!!) session was focused on neuromuscular development and I notoriously do not like my sessions and even tho it was 6:30pm I still managed to get it done 🤟🏿💨☠️👀🫡 and averaged like a 3:55 avg pace for those I didn’t think my legs could move that fast !!!! full kit @Nike 🤟🏿❤️‍🔥🌟 #running

I love how low impact swimming is but I do wonder why I decided this was a good idea when my hair is so dry, my skin is so dry, I constantly smell like chlorine and willingly make myself feel like I’m drowning 😂🥲🫠😭 #swimming #triathlon #ironmantraining

ughhhhh I hate this feeling !!! 🏊🏿‍♀️ I’ve felt like I’m right back at the start of this swimming journey, 12 months ago 🥺 But what I’ve learnt is the fear and anxiety of something is always, ALWAYS worse than doing the thing !!! So even though I know I can swim and I am fine, I still have to convince myself and find a little bit of courage everyday to do the things I know are good for me even when I don’t want to 🥲 A little bit of courage goes a long way xxx So I promise if you are on your own swimming journey, you are not alone xx wearing @Instant Swim 💙🩵

The best feeling of accomplishment !!!

Having your car die on you randomly whilst you’re driving it ???? NOT IDEAL 🙅🏿‍♀️🙅🏿‍♀️🙅🏿‍♀️ However, will I survive ? Yeah… Will I be limited by how much I can achieve whilst I don’t have my car? Yes… Will it be fine??? Also yes and I guess that’s the point. I am constantly trying to find ways to do more and more and more and maybe this is life’s way of reminding me to sometimes… do less ??? I am always telling myself being busy isn’t a badge of honour and this is a great reminder. Life has a funny way of teaching you lessons again and again and again until you listen to them. My car dying isn’t a common occurrence but the lesson to slow down sometimes is. So just gotta laugh and go with it 😂 Fingers crossed it gets fixed quickly (and cheaply) 🤟🏿🤟🏿 Also wearing new @Muscle Republic dc: REBECCA xx

If you aren’t having fun during your races this year you are doing it wrong !!!! Not every race has to be for a PB, red line or a chance to push yourself 🫶🏿 Some can be for the vibes, for the energy, for consistency and for connection 🥹 That’s what this morning was all about for me !!!! Those hills were tough but nothing was keeping that smile from my face with those views 🌞 That’s what runnings all about 🤟🏿🤟🏿🤟🏿 Some friends got PBs, some got cheers and some just managed to survive but we celebrate all the wins the same 💛💛💛 @Muscle Republic DC: REBECCA xx

Sun Run race day vlog !!! with @Muscle Republic 💛🌟🌞 it was seriously sooo much fun lining up at a start line for my first race of the season with no expectations !!! The goal today was simply to enjoy the day enjoy the run and have fun 🥹 Gosh what a beautiful reminder that I can do hard things because at no point today did I ever doubt that !!! No self doubt no head noise Just simply me my two feet cheering along 🤟🏿🤟🏿🤟🏿 Running gives me so much more than achievements and today reallyyyy cemented that for me 🫶🏿 So so so proud of myself and everyone who ran today and with this as the biggest takeaway !!!! This is the energy we are carrying into the 2026 race season !!! 🏅🌞🥰🤟🏿💛🌟 I love racing and I totally love chasing my goals but socials may give you the wrong impression to chase goal after goal after goal and that’s just not sustainable !!! I will absolutely be racing lots this year but I’ll be sticking to one goal per distance and the remainder party pace to make sure I avoid injuries, burn out and remember it’s not that serious 🤪 So pls remember this when you’re racing this year 🌟 both wearing @Muscle Republic dc: RBEECCA #running
