4-5 months & 86-78kg Not reached my goal yet but progress has been made... Looking back at just a few months ago, I don't even recognise myself in the second picture. Without realising, I had got to a point where I had not been in the gym for over a year, wasn't thinking about what I was eating and had "let myself go". To be honest, I didn't even think I was that out of shape or unfit until I actually started training properly. I hit a point where I was lacking energy, feeling tired, had back pain and knew I needed to get myself back on track, that's when I reached out to Aiden at @ieat.spinach who has helped me turn things around. 4-5 months later l'm in the best shape of my life and fitter than I have ever been, I have always categorically hated any form of cardio and have never done it until I started back. From struggling to do 10 mins on a treadmill to now being able to run 5km with barely breaking a sweat, it's taken some hard work and dedication but worth it. I am now full of energy everyday, never feel tired and my back pain basically gone. Life can get on top, you can lose your way, you can fall off your gym/diet routine and keep putting off getting back on track until next week, which becomes a month, and then a year... before you know it... you have no energy, eating shit food and unhappy, especially for us traders who can fall into the trap of sitting in front of a screen each day watching those candles open and close.. time can vanish! My goal wasn't to look good, it was to get fit, not feel tired, have more energy and feel good, if I could look better that was a bonus. Looking at my before photo now I feel embarrassed posting it but if it can motivate anyone to just get started then job done -8kg so far, few more to go to complete the first stage, let's hope the mince pies this Christmas don't add it all back on again #health #fitness #gym #x #forex #forextrader
