warm, gooey, molten chocolate lava cakes for 2 🤎 these perfectly portioned lava cakes for 2 are easy enough to make on a whim but bougie enough to feel super special aka they’re EXACTLY what you should be making this valentine’s day. the full recipe lives in my cookbook Sweet Tooth on page 268 (grab your copy in my profile) love is in the air so I’m sharing it here too 💕 enjoyyy Ingredients ¼ cup unsalted butter ½ cup chocolate chips ¼ cup packed light brown sugar 1 large egg plus 1 large egg yolk, at room temperature 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon Dutch-processed cocoa powder 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour ⅛ teaspoon salt Vanilla ice cream or confectioners’ sugar, for topping 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Generously butter and cocoa-dust two 6-oz ramekins (or three 4-oz ones 🤓) 2. Melt butter and chocolate in the microwave, stirring until smooth. 3. Whisk sugar, egg, yolk, and vanilla until pale (i recommend a hand mixer for ease!!). Stir in the melted chocolate mixture until combined, then gently fold in flour, cocoa, and salt. 4. Divide batter between ramekins. Bake 10–11 min (for 6-oz ramekins) or 7-8 minutes (for 4-oz ramekins), until the cakes are puffed up and the edges are set but the center is still a little wobbly. 5. Rest 2–3 min, invert onto a plate, and serve immediately with ice cream or powdered sugar.

Ingredients 12 oz white chocolate chips 4 cup rice chex 2 cups pretzels 2 cups lightly crushed freeze dried strawberries 10 oz Valentine’s M&Ms (1 bag) 1/4 cup Valentine’s day sprinkles 1. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments. 2. Place the chex, pretzels, and freeze dried strawberries into bowl. Mix in the melted white chocolate until combined. Add the M&Ms and sprinkles and mix to combine. 3. Pour mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet and spread into a large even layer. Let sit until fully set. Break apart into pieces and enjoy!

you cant tell me baking by myself isn’t a party Funfetti Layer Cake with Chocolate Frosting & Funfetti Streusel Cake: • ½ cup butter, room temp • ½ cup vegetable oil • 1½ cups sugar • 4 eggs, room temp • 2 tbsp vanilla • ¼ tsp almond extract • 2⅔ cups flour • 2½ tsp baking powder • 1 tsp salt • 1⅓ cups buttermilk • ½ cup sprinkles Funfetti Crunchies: • 6 tbsp flour • ¼ cup light brown sugar • 2 tbsp sugar • 2 tbsp brown sugar • ¼ tsp salt • 2 tbsp butter, melted • 1 tsp vanilla • 1 tbsp sprinkles Chocolate Frosting: • 1½ cup butter, room temp • ½ cup cocoa powder • 4 cups powdered sugar • ¼ cup heavy cream • 3 tbsp corn syrup Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 3 8-inch pans with parchment and grease sides. 2. Beat butter and oil until smooth. Gradually add sugar and beat until light & fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla and almond extract and mix until fluffy. 3. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Alternate adding the dry ingredients and buttermilk to the wet mixture then fold in sprinkles. 4. Divide batter into pans and bake 25–30 min. Cool completely. 5. Next, make Funfetti Streusel topping. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl, and crumble onto parchment, bake for 15 min until golden. Allow to cool completely. 6. Make the frosting. Beat butter and cocoa until smooth, add remaining ingredients, beat 2 min until fluffy. 7. Assemble the cake! Layer cake and frosting, top with crunchies, and serve!

Add all the first ingredients to a blender and blend until combined. 2. Layer the yogurt mixture, crushed graham crackers, caramel in your cup. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon and enjoy!
