My Italian Penicillin Soup 🤍 Whenever my kids are sick, this is the soup I make. • Chicken broth • Carrots • Celery • 1 onion • Garlic • Rosemary Cook everything in the broth until the vegetables are soft. Blend the veggies with a ladle of the broth until smooth. While that’s blending, cook some pastina (or stelline) using just the broth. Then add the vegetable purée back into the soup with the pasta… And that’s it 🤍 This is the only comfort food she’ll eat when she’s not feeling well. 🤍
