This would financially ruin me in the U.S. I wrote a full article with checkup prices & how I booked ✈️ DM me the word CHECKUP and I'll send it right to you ✨️ Memorial Hospital Göztepe in Istanbul, Turkiye📍 They have 7 in-depth checkup options ranging from $1000-$5500 USD 👀 A lot of the time, medical tourism (and even some of the travel costs!) are HSA eligible. Maybe health tourism combined with an HSA, and a lower premium high deductible health insurance plan for emergencies is the secret to getting Americans the affordable healthcare we need. #healthcare #travel #healthtourism #vacation #usa

Americans are leaving the country to get healthy and turning medical care into dream vacations ✈️ Because these tests cost thousands less than they would’ve spent in the U.S., my parents ended up taking a 38 day trip with the savings (and we still came out ahead). 👉 All in, my parents’ travel costs came out to $4,249 for a 38 day trip (Including the price of a 19 day cruise!), plus $11,000 total for both of their full-body longevity checkups. We opted for the most extensive checkup package for them since they just retired. However, this hospital has 7 in-depth checkup options ranging from $1000-$5500 USD, so this entire trip can be WAY less depending on your health needs. HOW I BOOKED THEIR CHECKUPS ⬇️ I emailed the hospital directly at [email protected] Memorial Hospital Göztepe in Istanbul, Turkiye📍 They have 7 in-depth checkup options ranging from $1000-$5500 USD I’m happy to report that my parents had an amazing time on their very first “healthcation.” I already can’t wait to plan the next one with them. #healthcare #healthtourism #traveling #unitedstatesofamerica #medicaltourism
On our way to Türkiye with my parents for full-body checkups 🇹🇷✈️ But this video is really about something bigger 💭 Thank you to every single person who has followed, shared, commented, and supported this journey. From day one, the goal has always been to show what’s possible when healthcare feels out of reach in the U.S. because of cost, access, or wait times. That’s why we started traveling for health tourism in the first place. To find real alternatives. To document our real life experiences with them. And to help people see they have options. For a long time, we’ve wanted to do health giveaways. And 2026 is finally the year 🤍 As our reach grows, we’re meeting more doctors, hospitals, and facilities around the world who want to team up to make care more accessible. That means we can start looking for opportunities to bring others along when the right fit comes up. If you or someone you love needs a treatment that feels financially out of reach, we’d love to hear your story. Submitting it simply puts you on our list so we know what treatments to keep an eye out for as we travel. If an opportunity comes up that matches what you need, we’ll reach out. So grateful for this community and everything we’re building together 🌍 This is just the beginning 🤍✈️ #travel #Healthtourism #medicaltourism #healthcare #USA
HOW I BOOKED ⬇️ I booked by emailing the hospital directly at [email protected] ️ Memorial Hospital group in Istanbul, Turkiye offers 7 checkup package options (they’re ALL extensive) ranging from $1000-$5500 USD. We chose the Longevity Checkup because my parents wanted a truly preventative, big-picture look at their health. It’s designed to give you a clear baseline through full-body imaging (so cool!), extensive labs (even genetic tests), cardiovascular and cancer screening, hormone and metabolic testing, and specialist visits, instead of waiting for symptoms to show up. If you want to see everything that was included, the video right before this one walks through all of the tests and scans step by step. We left feeling informed, relieved, and grateful to have this level of clarity. Now if only the US would catch up! We went to the Memorial Hospital Göztepe in Istanbul 📍 @Memorial Hospitals Group #healthcare #USA #Healthtourism #medicaltourism #travel
HOW I BOOKED ⬇️ I took my parents to Türkiye for full body longevity checkups that would have easily cost over $100,000 in the U.S. Instead, we turned it into a trip ✈️ I emailed the hospital directly at [email protected] 👉 They have 7 checkup package options ranging from $1000-$5500 USD Memorial Hospital Göztepe in Istanbul, Turkiye📍 This was my parents first time ever doing preventative testing at this level. They’re both healthy, active, and in their mid-50s, but like a lot of Americans, they’d never had access to comprehensive screenings. In the U.S., their health insurance alone costs $22,000 a year, and it still never covered anything close to this 👀 @Memorial Hospitals Group #healthtourism #healthcare #unitedstates #türkiye #travelbucketlist
One of my favorite souvenirs is a custom-fitting wardrobe ✂️ On my last trip to Türkiye, I had a skirt taken in for about $7 and jeans hemmed for under $5. Turnaround was just a few days and the results were better than what I usually get at home. Here’s exactly how I do it 👇 1️⃣ Search “tailor” on Google Maps Try it in English and then in the local language. I usually look for places within walking distance of my hotel with strong recent reviews. 2️⃣ Read reviews strategically I start with the worst reviews, then read the most recent ones. Photos matter more than how “polished” the shop looks. 3️⃣ Expect small, local businesses Most won’t have a website or posted prices. Many list a WhatsApp number directly on Google Maps. 4️⃣ Message before you go I send a simple message in their language asking the price for one item and how long it takes. This sets expectations before you walk in. 5️⃣ Drop items off early in your trip Tailoring usually takes a few days. I bring everything in as soon as possible so there’s time for adjustments. 6️⃣ Confirm price + pickup timing I always double-check the total and when items will be ready. Sometimes they’ll ask for about 50% upfront. 7️⃣ Do a final try-on at pickup This is your chance to make small tweaks if needed before you leave. This has completely changed how I travel and shop. I’m no longer skipping pieces I love just because the fit isn’t perfect, and I come home with clothes I actually wear.
The price-to-quality ratio on these perfumes is unbeatable @Anymo Paris Parfüm Anymo Paris Parfüm in Nişantaşı, Istanbul 📍 This shop takes high-end fragrances, amplifies them, and sells them for a fraction of the price! Shoutout to Omar for making our experience incredible, we cannot wait to come back every time we’re in Istanbul

Here's what I have: ✨ Bagsmart 26” Getaway Check-In Suitcase ✨ Bagsmart Blast Pro 40L Backpack I liked it so much I literally bought my boyfriend the exact same suitcase ✈️ #bagsmart #travel
This flying camera follows you around without a controller 📸 My boyfriend's filming duties just got a whole lot easier, because now I can get full cinematic shots without recruiting him to fly the drone! This is the Hoverair Pro Max, and right now they’re having a holiday sale 👏 #hoverair

AD I stopped shaving this year thanks to @Ulike Official Holiday sale - Use code BRYN to save $90! 🎁 You can use your HSA/FSA to pay for it 💳 This is one of those things I didn’t expect to love as much as I do but here we are 🤍 I started noticing less hair after a couple weeks and by around a month in I barely had anything growing back ✨ The biggest reason I actually stuck with it is that it’s practically painless❄️ I have sensitive skin and this feels cool on contact which made a huge difference for me I use it on my legs, underarms, and bikini and it’s become part of my routine instead of something I dread Plus it’s fast ⏱️ I can do everything at home in like 10 minutes and be done 🙌 #UlikeAir10 #UlikeHairRemoval #UlikeBeautyTech #IPL removal hair removal laser hair removal athomelaserhairremoval waxing beautytech timebestinventions

Take my money now 😭 Working on my Portuguese because Brazil is heaven on earth 🌎 I went to @bLOw - Escova Inteligente in Florianopolis 💛 Thank you for the best hair of my life! I’m already planning a bigger Brazil health and beauty series for 2026. I'm thinking I'll check out: - Dental treatments - Retreats - Full-body checkups - Immersive classes - Aesthetic medicine - Hair extensions - Tattoos Any other ideas? #hairsalon #healthtourism #travelbucketlist #beautytips #braziltravel
Praying that Brazil can save my hair 🙏 We fell in love with Florianópolis 🇧🇷 It’s seriously one of Brazil’s best kept secrets. A city on a peninsula surrounded by beaches, with everything from chic neighborhoods like the "Beverly Hills of Brazil" to laid back surf towns. We split our time between the city center, Jurerê, and Campeche and will definitely be coming back 🌴 You can rent gorgeous homes for around $1,000 a month or stay in hotels for about $50 a night 🏡✨ People were kind, restaurants were affordable, and @Viator has tons of amazing experiences like white water rafting for $35 and paragliding for $99. We felt super safe the entire time and it made us love Brazil 💛 I got my hair done by @cabelosporcarolcorre and it was a 9 hour blonding appointment for $157 which she absolutely crushed 💇🏼♀️🔥 Right now I’m planning a month long trip back to explore dental treatments, wellness retreats, and aesthetic medicine. Let me know what else you’d love me to check out while I’m there. I’m building the video list now 👇🏼
A lot of the time I come home from these vacations having SAVED money (even with travel costs included) This trip was really hair-focused because Brazil just does everything hair-related so well. Coming soon is our health trip to Tijuana where we did everything from MRIs to dental 👏 Can’t wait to show you the prices there! In Brazil, I got my 4+ rows of extensions moved up, and a few keratin bonds added at @megahaircarolsansi for $60. Then spent nine hours at @cabelosporcarolcorrea getting my hair bleached for $157 and she absolutely crushed it. I stayed in Florianópolis this time and completely fell in love with it. It’s such an underrated spot with beaches, amazing food, and prices that still don’t feel real. 10/10 recommend.
