i think this is the moment we were all waiting for, right? and this wasn't in AFO's plans or knowledge books at all either. If we look at canon the whole Quirk Awakening thing wasn't known to him either, as we find out in Vigilantes (though that's 5/6 years in the past which is about the same time as this comic is happening anyway.)
