WA’s Biggest Community Fish Stocking Event | 2026 Snapper Guardians On Saturday, 7 February, the community came together at Jervoise Bay Dog Beach, Woodman Point (Cockburn Sound) for another incredible Snapper Guardians fish stocking event. Families, fishers and volunteers rolled up their sleeves to help release thousands of juvenile pink snapper into Cockburn Sound — supporting the future of this iconic species and the great fishing experiences it provides.
