Here is an easy way to stay in a caloric deficit to lose weight.
Here’s what most don’t know about core exercises. Crunches and sit ups don’t target belly fat. Fat can’t be spot treated. But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t train your core. Weight lifting exercises depend on a strong core to maintain good form and be safe from injury. These TRX Pikes are just one core exercise that challenges several core muscles at once. You should also do exercises that require you to twist and rotate at your core too!
