Another happy PCOS momma spreading baby dust this week! After 3 years of TTC, and thanks to their dedication, we now have a very clear positive pregnancy test! I saw her last October 2025, ran some tests to make sure she has no other issues apart from PCOS. Once we ruled out thyroid and sugar concerns, we focused on supporting her body and her husband’s with the right set of vitamins, supplements and a healthier diet. She also started doing yoga as her form of physical activity-very important! This one is such a success story…she was diagnosed with Endometriosis, Adenomyosis and PCOS, which made it difficult for her to conceive. They’ve been TTC since 2017, but now, after everything that she has been through: a hysteroscopy and polypectomy, she is now at 31 weeks! After TTC for 5 years and 17 pregnancy tests to confirm, Mommy Hergie and Daddy Mark are expecting their first baby who is joining the club as a JULY BABY! Kaya pala it took us until the 3rd cycle of letrozole, so baby can be a July baby just like mommy, daddy and me 💜 We did a hysterogram after 2 failed letrozole cycles and found out that her left fallopian tube was blocked…kaya naman pala nahirapan talaga sila to conceive. But here’s the hopeful part many don’t know: an HSG isn’t just a diagnostic test—it can sometimes be a gentle first step in treatment. The procedure involves flushing a special dye through the tubes, which can act like a power wash to clear out microscopic debris, mucus plugs, or subtle blockages. This "therapeutic flush" is backed by science and is known to boost pregnancy rates in the cycles immediately following the test, especially for issues like unexplained infertility or minor tubal concerns.
