My only ever “what I eat in a day” !!! Now I have sworn not to do these kinds of videos BUT after my last video having so many questions about “what’s normal” and “what’s bad” on night shift I wanted to show the reality of fuellling yourself through the night!!! It’s not perfect you eat when you can but this is what I do and it works for me, sometimes I eat more and sometimes less! Remember that not many people can do nights so the fact you can do it is a testament to your resilience! So do NOT beat yourself up about food around this time, I’ve learnt bits from other creators and colleagues I work with. Ultimately I just like to eat what agrees with my stomach keeps me awake and will give me some fuel lol, I hope you like this video!
