Everyone wants to be understood immediately. There are people who have full force to be interviewed. Never met me. And I understand if you grew up in a household where over-the-top ness and cursing were demonized, how can you possibly like me at first? If your parents taught you that self-promotion and be quiet like you don't have to put yourself out there, your work should speak for itself. I think it's a beautiful virtue, you know, speaking in a respectful manner. I think these are nice things. I am not that I am very out there. I'm very Jersey potty mouth, but it's me and I'm okay with people misunderstanding me at first.

I've got really good hiring advice: learn to fire fast. You guys have your egos tied up in your hiring. You think you're so good at hiring and then you hire somebody and they're bad, but you pretend they're not, because firing them admits that you were wrong. So it's your own ego that's holding you back My friends, we all make mistakes hiring … it’s a reallllly hard game. Check your ego at the door. You're not that great at hiring, but good news: nobody is. Hire fast. Fire faster. Promote fastest.

Put positivity in your f*cking ears 👂 Listen, you know what to do... there's only work. But you grew up in a way .. environment, parents, DNA, that hasn't let you "get there" yet. But the fact that you're here following me, watching this video, or reading this .. it's just a matter of time now. What you need to do is keep pressure on it. The reason I never change my tune .. the reason I'm getting so many people to do things is because I don't waiver. It's constant offense. I'm gonna pound you every day, multiple times a day with the same f*cking thing .. it never changes. Luckily for me there's new platforms so it feels like I'm saying something new because sh*t's changing, but it's the same thing. And you'll just eventually get there.. What you need to do is keep paying attention to me or others that sound like me so that it becomes your norm .. it becomes your oxygen, there are no other voices. And eventually, just like when you jump off a diving board 🏊‍♂️ into a pool, just like when you kiss somebody for the first time, just like anything else you ever did in life, eventually, you get there and you do it and you never look back. So the key 🔑 is to suffocate yourself into pressuring yourself to have no other options. The reason I'm worth listening to is because I'll do that for you, and then you don't need me anymore ;) ❤️❤️❤️

There's social media posts that I've posted four different times with a slightly different variation, and the first three got 70,000 views on average, and the fourth one got 6.3 million. How about I've got a campaign working in social? I want to take it to email and the first time I go I underperform. Am I open rates and conversion? I don't think that means you should not try again, right? We don't do enough post-production. We don't do enough nuance. We don't do enough context. We don't do enough third bite at the apples. You’re more in control of today and tomorrow than you are of yesterday .. remember that

New technologies win. Like people held on to candles and lanterns. But electricity won from the will to I. We will go. When the canvas was invented, all the artists said it wasn't real. They said if you make art on a canvas, it's not real. You must make it on a building. The amount of people that just heard that, and they think that's real art and like an NFT. No way. The fun thing to think about is do we go in hyper acceleration of AI 2 or 3 day to day work week? What the fuck does that mean? Five days of leisure? I don't know, these are all the fun questions I think about constantly.

Do you know that most people's negative opinions of AI in a commercial, in content, is all actually predicated on their own fear that they're going to lose their job because of AI? Some people think it's slop. I'm like, okay. Like one man's slop is another man's dinner, right? There's a really funny saying that modern parenting has for little kids that says, "Don't yuck, their yum." That's awesome. That's how I see life. I don't understand people's audacity to think that people should see the world the way they see it.

Think about all the energy you're using right now. Thinking it through. Yeah, right. Instead of just doing the thing you know you want to do. Here's the coolest part. You may do it for six months and be like 15. Like it. I don't want to do that. Not as cool as I had it in my mind. You get to do something else. And so much. You're very lucky.

I started a wine brand called Empathy Wines on the back of my personal brand, and in 18 months had a hefty eight figure exit. It's similar to like building your brand on Instagram, but then going and standing up a Patreon Substack. But in those scenarios, those platforms still take some of the action when that's built on a decentralized server, you own all the money. You keep 100% of that dollar, not 90 or 80% of that dollars. When I wrote Crush It for the ones that follow me in the late it was like, hey, I think we can all make 50 K on the internet. We should check this out. Show it. Crush it was. You can have a life making content on the internet. Now I'm telling you, you can build an empire on the back of a human.
