week of workouts as a 31 year old who plans to be in the best shape of my life by the end of the year!!!

Current hyperfixation meal: jammy eggs on toast! 🍳I add my eggs into boiling water and let them cook for 8 minutes! Then I put them in an ice bath to stop them from cooking further. I added greek yogurt to my toast, topped with my perfectly cooked eggs (imo), salt, pep & hot honey!!!! So easy and soooo good
