Today, in partnership with the National Government, we stood in solidarity with the families of KPA Kijiji whose lives were turned upside down by a devastating fire that destroyed over 100 homes. In this moment of pain and loss, we shared foodstuffs, blankets, mattresses, and other essential supplies to remind them that they are not alone. Today in Kisumu, we came together as a community to chart a clear path forward in leadership and politics. Leaders from across the political class, professionals, and the clergy from the Lake region were fully represented. As a people, we unanimously agreed on the need to engage and dialogue with other communities and political parties as we prepare for the 2027 general elections. The party officially endorsed Dr. Oburu Oginga as our party leader and unanimously reaffirmed its full support for the Kilifi Declaration, as adopted by the Party National Executive Committee (NEC).
