september 2025 ⏩ december 2025. the scale stayed EXACTLY the same over the past 4 months, but as you can see my body has changed significantly. i'll be FULLY transparent, the lighting and angles definitely play a part in making this look more dramatic than it actually is, this also wasn't just 4 months of being consistent on it's own. 2025 wasn't the year that i picked up weights for the first time in my life. i lifted consistantly for 5 years in the past, and then stopped in 2017 after i competed. lifting back then built the foundation, and muscle memory just helped me get back there faster. MAJOR shoutout to my amazing coach @Emily| weight loss coach for helping my achieve my goals over the past 8 months, i am so happy that she came into my life when she did. i am SO friggin proud of myself, and so so grateful that i trusted emily to create a program tailored to my needs. ending 2025 off with more confidence than i have ever had in my entire life, and heading into 2026 with new goals and more muscles🙂‍↕️🩷 #transformation #gym #bodyrecomposition #musclememory
