When Italy meets Saigon 🍝✨ Bo Kho Gnocchi fusion is 10/10! 1.59 pounds stew meat 1 tbsp chicken powder 1 tbsp bo kho spices 1/2 tbsp kinders garlic salt n pepper 1 tbsp avocado oil Brown meat in 1 tbsp oil Remove meat & add more oil if needed Sauté carrots & diced onions for 2 min. then add garlic and lemon grass Sauté with 1 tbsp of butter Add 2-3 tbsp flour & cook flour before adding meat back Add 2 cups of water with 1 cube bo kho 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp sugar stir & pressure cook for 30 min on high Gnocchi: Poke holes & bake 4 medium potatoes til fork tender at 385 for 40-50 min. Let cool & remove skins Mash potatoes til fine & add an egg yolk with 1 cup of flour Mix and form dough til it’s not sticky Add more flour & form/cut gnocchi Drop in salted water til it floats Sauce: After pressuring cooking meat, simmer on stove and drop your gnocchi in, add pasta water if too thick Serve with ricotta cheese & parsley 🤌🏼#vietnamese #italian #fusion #bokho #gnocchi
