I had my first mammogram (ultrasound and other subsequent scans) when I was only 23. I had a routine annual exam with my gyno and they thought they felt something. I had no idea what to expect whatsoever. It was a scare and very fortunately nothing more, but that does mean I’ve had mammogram check-ins since then…annually in fact. If me being goofy and running you through the process makes any of this less scary for anyone— HELL YEA! #mammogram #bewbhealth
