Shrimp cabbage stir fry✨PCOS Friendly Meal 1✨ Welcome to my new series where I share with you my every days meals to control my PCOS, bloating and gut health. I’ve lost over 50lbs while still enjoying delicious flavorful meals! I’m a foodie so eating basic chicken and rice was not going to cut it for me….😅 I get bored of food easily and I’m not the type to eat the same thing everyday. So in this new series I’ll show you how I keep it fun, flavorful and great for your PCOS! The food I eat is fuel for my body! 🤍 (now I understand that, I no longer want to punish my body❤️‍🩹) My body reacts poorly to Gluten and Dairy so those are two of the main ingredients I’ve cut out to keep myself from feeling sluggish. 😭(Everyone’s body may react differently) That being said .. I do choose my battles and balance is everything 👀 I will sneak in cheese here and there but I weight the pros and cons first!
