Replying to @Nicole Marina210 my favorite choice of omega-3 is the one by @Micro Ingredients supreme omega-3 because it’s just done the right way. They use a re-esterified triglyceride form which gives you a lot more DHA and EPA. Plus these capsules are super tiny compared to other omega-3‘s and they have a light lemon flavor no fishy burps. Replying to @mmmaaiiiiiiiiii OK let me show you how I use an over-the-counter version retinol plus the minoxidil to help with my hair grow growth. Hope this explanation clears up some things plus it’ll save you a lot of money because the @COSRX Official retinol 0.5% oil is super affordable, plus being in an oil really helps it to be applied to here easier than a cream or ointment. I pair it with minoxidil solution right after I apply the retinol. Just a quick disclaimer: While I’m a licensed pharmacist, the advice I share here is for general educational purposes only. The Japanese call it Ugai or gargling. They’re taught at a really young age to gargle with salt water as soon as they get home to disinfect their throat and decrease viral load. That’s why Japanese kids typically only have one or two calls per year versus American kids who have on average 8 to 12 practicing oral nasal hygiene really helps reduce your kid from getting sick for the nasal rinse rinse I love to recommend the @Triquetra Nasomin Iodine Nasal Rinse to protect you and your family. This is what to do to help with anxiety. There are prescription options but also some options OTC if you can’t see a doctor right away. The treatments mainly have to do with GABA and Cortisol. Replying to @lifeofania these are the top over-the-counter products to help with hives. First is Benadryl. Well, it does make you sleepy. The anti antihistamine will help decrease the the hives and itchiness. The second thing is hydrocortisone 1%, which is the strongest over-the-counter to help with the hives. You can use both of these together. And if this doesn’t work, you do have to go see a doctor and possibly get Oral steroids or even a steroid injection.
