Last Sunday reset of 2025 💫 There’s just something really therapeutic about actually taking the time to reset your space for a new year. Last year, with moving, I didn’t really get to do this — and honestly, I felt it. 2025 started off a little rocky because of that. For me, the new year looks like decluttering my physical space so my mind feels less cluttered too. Donating things I haven’t used in a long time (or ever), saying no to plans or opportunities that don’t let me move with ease or intention, and slowing down enough to reflect. Writing things down.
