Just sitting with Habouba, the amazing Orangutan at The Zoo Wildlife Park Umm Quwain. 🦧💕 Found only in the rainforests of Borneo and Sumatra, orangutans are some of the smartest animals on the planet, they use tools, understand cause and effect, and even craft umbrellas out of leaves to stay dry. As the “gardeners of the forest,” they spread seeds everywhere they go, keeping their ecosystems thriving. Mothers raise their babies for nearly eight years, teaching them everything they need to know. Sharing a quiet afternoon with this intelligent, gentle ape is the kind of moment that makes you appreciate just how incredible nature really is! 🌿✨

Feeding time with our beloved star, Coconut the albino alligator! 🐊✨ While she was enjoying some fish treats, she spooked me with a few adorable burps. It might sound silly, but it’s actually a perfectly normal and healthy part of how alligators digest their food! They often swallow air along with their meal, especially when eating in water, and releasing that air helps make room in their stomachs. It’s quirky that even our most majestic friends have relatable, everyday bodily functions. We love to share these genuine, sometimes gassy, moments of life with an animal as special as Coconut! 😄💖

Today we are switching it up and hanging out with two reptile royalty members 🦎👑 Let me tell ya the vibes are calm, curious, and just a little shy 🙌First up is our quiet little ninja, the Chameleon 💚 Let me tell ya this tiny dinosaur likes to take things slow. Chameleons are famous for their color shifting abilities, but it is not just for camouflage. They also change shades based on mood, temperature, and communication 🤯 Those independently moving eyes mean they can look in two different directions at once, keeping an eye on everything while pretending to be invisible 👀🔥 And when it is time to snack, that lightning fast tongue launches out with serious accuracy. Shy but seriously skilled. Then we have our laid back sun lover, the Bearded dragon 🧡 Let me tell ya this one brings the chill energy. Bearded dragons get their name from the spiky “beard” under their chin that can puff up and darken when they feel excited or defensive. Most of the time though they are just happy to bask under warm lights like the desert royalty they are ☀️ Their strong little legs, curious personalities, and surprisingly expressive faces make them absolute fan favorites. Both of these reptiles have their own style. One is a shy tree dwelling observer moving with slow precision 🌿 The other is a confident ground dwelling sun worshipper soaking up the spotlight. Let me tell ya hanging out with them is the perfect reminder that not all reptiles are fierce predators. Some are just tiny dragons with big personalities 🦎✨

All hail this tiny pied legend 🐊✨ Let me tell ya they might be smaller right now but they are no less cute and definitely no less impressive 🙌 This little one is an American alligator with a super rare pied pattern, and let me tell ya that is something you almost never see. Pied coloration happens when patches of pigment are missing, creating that wild mix of normal dark scales and bright white sections 🤯 It is not full albinism and not typical coloration either. It is its own unique genetic masterpiece and every single pied gator has a completely different pattern 👀🔥Even at a smaller size, the design is still elite. That muscular tail powers the swimming, those webbed feet help with steering, and the eyes and nostrils sit right on top of the head so they can stay mostly submerged while still seeing and breathing 💦 They even have that clear third eyelid called a nictitating membrane that works like built in goggles underwater 😎Let me tell ya gators keep growing throughout their lives, so this little cutie has time. Today is double the chaos and double the cuteness 🦎🐊 Let me tell ya we are hanging out with not one but TWO heads of attitude and then heading over to feed some rare swamp royalty 🙌🔥First up is this incredible two headed Bearded dragon and let me tell ya this little legend is one in a million 🤯 Two headed reptiles happen because of a rare developmental condition called bicephaly, meaning both heads share one body. Sometimes both heads have their own personalities, their own reactions, even their own opinions about snack time 😭🧡 Watching them move and explore is like seeing a tiny dragon debate itself in real time. Even with two heads, that spiky beard still puffs up when they are feeling bold, and those strong little legs keep them cruising around like nothing is out of the ordinary. Let me tell ya it is rare, it is fascinating, and it is seriously adorable all at once. Then we switch gears and head to feed the pied gators 🐊✨ These are rare patterned American alligator with those stunning patches of white mixed with deep dark scales. Let me tell ya seeing that contrast up close never gets old. Pied coloration is incredibly uncommon, which makes every feeding session feel extra special 👀🔥You can see that classic gator design kick in during feeding time. Powerful tail ready to launch, armored scutes along the back, eyes locked in with laser focus. All the way up today 🦒✨ Let me tell ya we are out here hand feeding one of the tallest icons on the planet at Emirates Park Zoo and the vibes are unmatched 🙌 We are hanging out with a beautiful Giraffe and let me tell ya seeing them up close is a whole different experience. That long neck is not just for reaching the highest leaves. It is built with the same number of neck bones as ours, just way longer 🤯 And that prehensile purple tongue can stretch up to 45 centimeters, perfectly designed to grab leaves and snacks with serious precision 👅🌿Feeding time is such a calm moment. Those big gentle eyes, those slow careful movements, and that giant head leaning down so politely for a treat 🫶 Let me tell ya for an animal that can grow over 5 meters tall, they are surprisingly graceful up close. Their patterned coat is not just beautiful either. Each giraffe has a unique spot pattern like a fingerprint, and those patches help with camouflage and even temperature regulation in the wild 👀🔥 Built to roam the African savanna, with powerful legs that can deliver a serious kick if needed, but today it is all gentle energy and long neck selfies. Green anacondas are one of the largest and heaviest snakes on the planet, and unlike many reptiles they give birth to live young instead of laying eggs 🤯 That means this queen carried her babies internally for months before bringing them into the world fully formed and ready to go 👶🐍🔥As we carefully support her body, you can feel the strength. That muscular frame is built for life in the water, where anacondas use their immense power to swim, anchor, and ambush prey 💦 Their eyes and nostrils sit high on the head so they can stay mostly submerged while still seeing and breathing, moving through swamps and slow rivers like absolute stealth machines 👀And let me tell ya the babies are not tiny for long. Even at birth they are independent and equipped with the instincts they need to survive. No babysitting required. From day one they are miniature versions of mom, patterned perfectly for camouflage in muddy wetlands 🌿Today though there is no hunting and no lurking beneath the surface. Alligators keep growing throughout their lives and Darth is already a big boy, but at heart he is just a calm, curious, gentle giant🫶In the wild they are patient ambush predators, conserving energy and striking with explosive force when the time is right⚡But today there is no ambushing going on. All hail Coconut the albino gator queen😳🐊 Today is spa day and that means washing and scrubbing to keep her looking clean and healthy🙌 As an albino American alligator she lacks melanin which gives her that bright white coloration and pink eyes, but it also makes her more sensitive to sunlight so proper care is extra important👀 Gators spend a lot of time in the water and their skin is covered in tough armored scutes called osteoderms that act like built in body armor🤯 They also have a powerful tail that does most of the swimming, webbed feet for steering, and eyes and nostrils positioned on top of their head so they can stay mostly submerged while still seeing and breathing🔥 There’s even a third eyelid called a nictitating membrane that protects their eyes underwater like natural goggles😎 Alligators continue growing throughout their lives and females like Coconut can still reach impressive sizes while males grow even larger😳 In the wild they are patient ambush predators, conserving energy and striking with explosive force when the time is right🙌 Keeping her clean isn’t just about looks, it’s about maintaining the health of a perfectly designed apex predator that has barely changed in millions of years🐊🔥

We got a tall lady in for lunch 🥪 this afternoon, with this Southern Giraffe 🦒 coming in hot for some food! 🍱 So giraffes are super cool, they have the same number of vertebrae that humans have in their necks but they are born 6 feet and running! 🏃 you got be fast in the Savannah because you’ll be six feet under if ya ain’t 💨 😱 so giraffes 🦒 are super cool! 😎

These are small clawed Asian Otters 🦦 and they are ADORABLE! ☺️ they are just little babies, they’re barely a month old! They are the world’s smallest otter species, typically only 2.2 to 11 pounds! They live up to 16 years in good care! They’re highly social and vocal carnivores, so just imagine your gym bro who only eats 🥩 💪 😎 who’s small, furry, cuddly and cute! 😊 they use over 12 different calls 📞 to communicate! They live in groups of up to 15! So yeah, watch out for these cuddly otter gym bros!

Hanging out with Rocky, a striped hyena at Fame Park in Dubai! 🐾💛 That moment when the patch of fur along his back suddenly spiked up actually means its an intimidation display! Striped hyenas have long manes running from neck to tail, and when they feel excited, curious, or a little unsure, they raise that fur to make themselves appear larger and more impressive. It's like their built-in defense mechanism. Despite their dog-like appearance, hyenas are actually more closely related to cats, belonging to the suborder Feliformia. And they have incredibly powerful jaws, strong enough to crush bones and even turtle shells, which lets them digest parts of prey that other scavengers leave behind. Rocky may look intense with that mane raised, but he's just being his fabulous, expressive self! ✨

Baby chimps are truly something else! 🐒💨 Calling for Kiki and he responds with the silliest fart noise, chimpanzee comedy gold! Studies show that chimps understand humor and even have laugh-like vocalizations during play. Chimps can even understand spoken language far better than they can produce it. Viki, a chimp raised like a human child back in the 1950s, learned to say actual words like "mama" and "cup" through speech therapy, but it took years of jaw manipulation because their vocal anatomy just isn't built for human speech. So when Kiki makes silly noises at me, he knows exactly what he's doing, and probably laughing at me in his own little chimp way! 😂💕

Spending some time with this beaufiful Yellow Burmese Python at Fame Park in Dubai! 🙌 These stunning snakes are a specific color morph, an amelanistic version of a regular Burmese Python, which means they lack dark pigment and rock that yellow and white pattern! In the wild, these snakes are native to Southeast Asia and can reach impressive lengths of 16-20 feet! They care known for being excellent swimmers and can stay sumberged for up to 30 minutes. Always an amazing expereince being with these snakes! 🐍

Experiencing the ancient art of falconry firsthand was absolutely breathtaking, expecaially calling a Golden Eagle! 🦅✨ Falconry is a partnership built on immense trust and respect, where birds are trained through positive reinforcement to voluntarily work with humans. This incredible golden eagle is a perfect example of the intelligence of these birds of pray, trained for falconry. As one of the largest and most powerful birds of prey in North America, they have a wingspan that can exceed seven feet! Their incredible eyesight allows them to spot prey from over a mile away, and their strong, sharp talons are signs to their role as apex predators. They are true master of the sky! 💛
