Today’s run wasn’t about speed or strength — it was about reflection. As I moved with my community on those hills, I was quietly reminded of where I was this time last year. I was showing up, yes — but I was heavy. Trying. Holding on. Not fully okay. What carried me wasn’t how I ran… it was who I ran with. The same people beside me today were the very ones who carried me then — not with big words, but with presence, consistency, and simply showing up alongside me. That’s the power of community. February for me is Self-Love in Motion — but also Together in Motion. 🌱 FEBRUARY MOVEMENT CHALLENGE: If you’re doing this journey alone, find a partner. Find one person, one group, or one space where you can move together. If you don’t run — walk, dance, skip, stretch, or choose a hobby you can lean into. You were never meant to do life in isolation. When it gets hard (and it will), the right people will carry you through. And if you started a new habit in January — don’t drop it. Instead, place it in the right hands, the right circle, the right community that will lift you higher. Because you don’t have to be strong alone.
