Half of Scotland’s castles are abandoned… 🏰 There are over 3,000 castles here. Nearly half are now ruins. We explored 3 of them. Some were blown up by their own armies. Some were abandoned after brutal battles. Some were simply left behind when history moved on. Walking through them feels like stepping into another world. Would you spend the night in one? 👀

4 years ago I attempted the Strongman Challenge of the 100kg atlas stone and failed. It haunted me for a long time. After getting in the best shape of my life, I went back to conquer some unfinished business.

Scotland is hiding hundreds of abandoned castles… so Staffan and I had to see them for ourselves 👀 We teamed up with Scotland’s legendary strong brothers Tom and Luke Stoltman, officially known as The World’s Strongest Brothers, plus one secret guest, to explore three forgotten ruins: Crawford Priory, Lennox Castle, and Buchanan Castle. Tom is a three time World’s Strongest Man and Luke has held multiple titles including Europe’s Strongest Man, and together they’re widely regarded as the strongest brothers in history. Some of these castles are totally forgotten, others feel frozen in time. Our big question was simple: can you actually get inside these castles today, and how much of them still remains? From wild, overgrown grounds to grand crumbling halls, no two castles felt the same. Would you explore abandoned castles if you had the chance? 🏰

You might have noticed Ammar hasn’t been around as much lately. He wasn’t gone—he was training for something that meant a lot to him.
