Sometimes I think about the amount of guilt the ninja must have when they think about Lloyd. He had to grow up so fast, he didn't have a choice, he could've been a normal kid, but that was taken away from him, even before the tomorrow tea happened, Lloyd's childhood was spent training to defeat his own dad. And what hurts is that the ninja can never give that childhood back. Of course it's not their fault, they weren't that much older either.
