REFUND POLICY

Vexub is a digital service. For that reason, refunds are not automatic once the service has been used.

We do offer a 30-day guarantee. A refund request may be reviewed if it is submitted within 30 days of purchase and if fewer than 3 credits have been used in total during those 30 days. This limit exists to allow a real test of the service while preventing abuse.

Once 3 credits or more have been used, or once the 30-day period has passed, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund, except in the case of a billing error or a proven technical issue that fully prevents use of the service despite our attempts to resolve it.
