BEST WAGYU STEAK IN THE WORLD? 🌍 🥩 These guys farm their own bread of wagyu called Mogami Beef in north east Japan in Tohoku’s Yamagata Prefecture. It’s in their third generation of family owners who believe that have perfected the cows diet combining rice and mountain water. 90% of Mogami beef is ranked A4 or A5 compared to Kobe which is around 80%. At the restaurant you can order a 2LB/ 900KG wagyu steak (which is unheard of in Japan) - it costs around £130 and includes the sides and would feed 3-4 people!
