📌PLEASE, If you don’t have strong reading comprehension, skip this post. Being a “TEACHER” is a constant balancing act. When students struggle, we're the first to be blamed. When they misbehave, it's always our fault for not managing them well. But when we try to set boundaries and enforce discipline, we're judged for being too strict. And, I thought managing students' behavior is difficult, but managing some parents' behavior is even harder. It's exhausting!! ANG HIRAP MAGING GURO🥺 — trying to do what's right, only to be misunderstood. Still, we show up. Still, we care. Still, we try. Teacher is not for the weak!🤍 Fyi, Teachers are humans too.
